Tzora Misty Hills Judean Hills 2023

Misty Hills is the flagship red of Tzora Vineyards in the Judean Hills, Israel. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah from the winery’s best vineyard plot, the north-facing ‘fossils’ plot planted on Terra-Rosa soil. The wine is named after the morning mists that cover the vineyards, formed as warm air from the Mediterranean meets cool air descending from the mountains. The 2023 is complex and elegant, with flavours of black fruit and elevated minerality.
