Origin: Jezreel Valley Winery, Lower Galilee – Adumim (“the red one”) is the house’s mid-tier blend.

Vintage: 2021 brought a long, even ripening season in the Galilee, giving concentration with balance.

Why it’s good: darker and more structured than Alfa – black fruit, herbs and spice with a rounded, satisfying finish.
