Kishor Riesling 2019

Kishor Vineyards Riesling 2019 is a dry Israeli white made from 100% Riesling – a grape rarely seen in Israel.

It comes from Kishor Winery in Kishorit, a village community in the Western Galilee, where the vineyards sit on chalky soils that suit aromatic whites.

With a few years of bottle age, the 2019 has developed the extra depth and complexity that makes aged Riesling so distinctive.

Dry and refreshing, with citrus, green apple and a mineral edge – excellent with fish, spicy dishes or on its own.
