Gush Etzion Lone Oak Tree Sauvignon Blanc 2024 is a crisp Israeli white made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc.

It comes from Gush Etzion Winery in the Judean Hills, where high-altitude vineyards (around 900m) give cool nights and slow, even ripening. The wine is named after the ancient lone oak tree that stands at the heart of Gush Etzion.

The 2024 is the current release, made to be enjoyed young and fresh.

Bright citrus and tropical fruit with a clean, refreshing acidity – a great match for fish, salads and light dishes.
