FELDSTEIN 2023

Feldstein Dabouki 2023 is a distinctive Israeli white wine from the Judean Hills, made primarily from the indigenous Dabouki grape. It is fresh and expressive, with flavours of white peach, golden apple, citrus and green pear, supported by a subtle mineral character and lively acidity. Rich yet refreshing, it has a clean, elegant finish and pairs well with seafood, fish, poultry and goat’s cheese. The wine was rated 91 points by Wine Enthusiast, making it an excellent example of Israel’s emerging indigenous wine style.
