Kishor Vineyards “Ein Yafam” Red 2016 is a dry red from Kishor Winery in the village of Kishorit, in the Upper Western Galilee. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, aged for about 20 months in French and American oak barrels, and made only in selected years.

Full-bodied and deep, with ripe dark fruit, a touch of dark chocolate and spice, and firm tannins. With a few years in bottle it is now drinking well. Excellent with red meat, lamb and hard cheeses.
